Welcome to Advigia (advigia.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Advigia's ad intelligence, courier reconciliation, and ad spend automation software (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Overview & Nature of Services
Advigia provides specialized ad spend monitoring and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) reconciliation tools designed for e-commerce operators. The Services analyze ad metrics against real parcel delivery statuses, trigger automated ad pauses based on user-configured thresholds, and calculate true acquisition costs in Algerian Dinars (DZD).
2. Ad Platform & Courier Integrations
To access automation and reconciliation features, you may connect third-party platforms to your Advigia account, including Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, courier networks (ZR Express / Procolis, Yalidine Express), and e-commerce stores (YouCan, WooCommerce).
You authorize Advigia to access, read, and manage your ad campaigns and receive delivery status webhooks solely to deliver the Services. Advigia does not require or store your courier account passwords; courier data is received via official webhook endpoints.
- You are solely responsible for complying with the policies of Meta, TikTok, and your logistics partners.
- Advigia is not responsible for platform bans, ad account restrictions, or tracking discrepancies on third-party networks.
3. Automated Rules & Decision Autonomy
Advigia allows you to configure automated action rules (e.g., automatically pausing an ad set when cancellation rates or true CPA exceed your threshold).
You acknowledge and agree that automated actions are executed strictly based on your configuration and courier webhook data. You retain full ownership and discretion over your marketing budget and campaign parameters.
4. Subscriptions, Trials & Chargily Pay Billing
Advigia provides a 14-day free trial. Following the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription (e.g., 4,900 DZD / month).
Payments are processed securely in Algerian Dinars (DZD) via Chargily Pay, supporting EDAHABIA and CIB bank cards. Advigia does not store your raw card numbers.
Subscriptions renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard with immediate effect at the end of the billing period. Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
5. Security, 2FA & Multi-Tenancy
All sensitive API credentials, Meta/TikTok access tokens, and webhook secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256 (Fernet).
Account security features include 6-digit email Two-Factor Authentication (OTP) and 30-day trusted device validation. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Advigia and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, ad spend, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services or courier data delays.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on our website or via email notification.
